We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide efficient solutions and high-quality customer support by addressing technical issues, gathering user feedback, and assisting with backend operations.

Core Responsibilities:

The primary focus of this role is to resolve technical issues, provide backend training, and ensure smooth user operations by coordinating with internal teams and responding to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Bug Tracking & Resolution
    • Address and document user-reported bugs and follow up until resolution.
    • Maintain FAQs and technical manuals for customer troubleshooting.
  2. Client Training
    • Provide training on backend operations, helping clients navigate and master system functions.
  3. User Feedback & Product Improvement
    • Collect and organize customer feedback to relay to product and development teams for system enhancements.
  4. Documentation & Knowledge Base
    • Prepare technical support documentation, including FAQs and guides, to improve team efficiency.
  5. Customer Support & Satisfaction
    • Handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism, ensuring high client satisfaction.
    • Calmly address long wait times and concerns to maintain positive customer relationships.
  6. Internal Communication & Coordination
    • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service efficiency.
  7. Emergency Response
    • Respond quickly to critical issues, such as system crashes or service interruptions, ensuring minimal downtime.
  8. Graphic Resource Management & Media Support
    • Manage graphic assets for marketing and operational needs, ensuring proper display and availability.

Qualifications:

Skills & Experience:

  • Fluent in Chinese, with a typing speed of 60+ words per minute.
  • Understanding of comprehensive platform operations and business processes.
  • Basic ability to identify and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Open to all nationalities, but Chinese proficiency must be near-native.
