Key Responsibilities:
- Real-Time Monitoring & Risk Identification
Monitor gambling activities on the platform to ensure system security and transaction transparency. Proactively identify and address potential risks such as abnormal betting, fund flow anomalies, and unusual account operations. - Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze platform transaction data and user behavior to detect trends and potential risks. Prepare regular risk control reports and present findings, fraud prevention measures, and improvement recommendations to management. Utilize statistical analysis methods and tools like SQL, Excel, Python, etc., for data screening, anomaly detection, trend analysis, and pattern recognition. - Fraud Identification & Prevention
Identify and prevent various types of fraud during the gambling process, including fake accounts, money laundering, and cross-border arbitrage. Propose effective anti-fraud measures such as account freezing, risk alerts, and transaction restrictions. Assist in risk investigations and cooperate with relevant departments to handle suspicious accounts and activities, implementing appropriate penalties. - Risk Control Process Optimization
Continuously optimize risk management processes and control rules to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the risk control system. Collaborate with the technical team in developing and optimizing risk control tools and systems to ensure real-time monitoring and accurate risk identification. Adjust and optimize risk control strategies in alignment with the company’s strategy and market changes to ensure compliance and business safety. - Compliance & Legal Adherence
Ensure the platform complies with local and international gambling laws and regulations to mitigate compliance risks. Assist the compliance department with audits and supervision to ensure lawful platform operations. Support external audits and regulatory checks by providing necessary data and reports to maintain compliance. - Customer Support & Case Handling
Work with the customer service team to address customer complaints and inquiries related to risk control, ensuring transparency and fairness in risk control decisions. Support risk data analysis and investigation during account disputes or risk cases. Regularly conduct customer education and risk awareness programs to help users understand the platform’s risk control measures and improve compliance consciousness. - Emergency Response & Risk Mitigation
Respond quickly to unexpected incidents on the platform and develop emergency response plans to control risk spread effectively. Participate in handling emergencies such as hacking attacks, platform vulnerabilities, and data breaches. Organize regular risk control drills to ensure the team can act swiftly and efficiently in crisis situations. - Team Collaboration & Cross-Department Communication
Maintain close cooperation with product, technical, customer service, and compliance teams to ensure effective implementation of risk control policies. Share the latest updates on risk management tools and techniques with team members to enhance the overall risk control capability. Actively participate in team meetings, offering professional risk assessments and management suggestions. - Training & Knowledge Sharing
Participate in training new employees on risk control procedures to enhance overall risk prevention awareness within the company. Stay updated on the latest risk control technologies and trends in the industry, continuously improving personal expertise.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like SQL, Excel, Python, etc.
