Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Remote Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, source top talent, and build a strong employer brand. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruiting and a keen understanding of hiring trends, particularly within the online gaming industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding successful candidates.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent pools.
  • Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to track and manage candidate data.
  • Provide reports on recruitment metrics and hiring outcomes.
  • Promote employer branding to attract high-quality talent within the gaming industry.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the online gaming or iGaming industry.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in online sourcing platforms, ATS, and recruitment tools.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Remote Work Experience: Comfortable managing time effectively in a remote setup.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Strong knowledge of interview techniques, talent assessment, and employer branding strategies.
