We are seeking a Player Operations professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting and retaining players, analyzing player behavior, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Player Acquisition: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new players and increase registrations.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze player behavior, consumption habits, and market trends to optimize operations and strategies.
  • Player Retention: Design and execute loyalty programs and promotional activities to improve player retention rates.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain communication with players, resolve issues promptly, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Community Building: Manage online communities, encouraging player interaction and participation to improve engagement.
  • Market Research: Monitor competitors and industry trends to adjust operations and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure all activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, protecting player interests.
  • Feedback Collection: Regularly collect and analyze player feedback to improve products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in player operations, marketing, or customer management within the gambling industry or related fields.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively communicate with teams and players.
  • Keen market awareness and the ability to adapt quickly to changing trends.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to organize and execute campaigns effectively.
  • Strong team collaboration skills, capable of working in cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of gambling industry regulations and compliance management.
