Core Responsibilities:

  1. Training Support:
    • Ensure the training is adaptable to both Chinese and English environments, enhancing the team’s cross-cultural communication skills.
  2. Training System Development:
    • Develop and optimize the customer service training system, covering areas like onboarding for new employees, business process training, and service skills training.
  3. Training Organization & Implementation:
    • Plan, organize, and execute customer service training programs, ensuring the content aligns with business needs.
  4. Course Development:
    • Write training materials and create presentations to ensure the training content is engaging and easy to understand.
  5. Training Effectiveness Evaluation:
    • Track training outcomes, collect feedback, and optimize programs to improve training quality and employees’ practical application skills.

Qualifications:

  1. Language Proficiency:
    • Proficiency in both Chinese and English with excellent communication and expression skills in both languages.
  2. Training Experience:
    • While newcomers can apply, having at least 1 year of customer service training experience is preferred, along with familiarity with online customer service workflows, standards, and performance evaluation metrics.
  3. Communication Skills:
    • Excellent speaking skills and charisma, capable of sparking interest in trainees and enhancing training effectiveness.
  4. Organizational Skills:
    • Strong organizational and planning abilities to independently design and implement training programs.
