Core Responsibilities:
- Payment Business Operation Management:
- Monitor payment data, analyze operational performance, and optimize payment processes to improve conversion rates and user experience.
- Support VCC (Virtual Credit Card) business to ensure stable and compliant operations.
- OTC Business Support:
- Familiar with OTC trading processes, support cryptocurrency acceptance operations to ensure transaction security and compliance.
- Collaborate with financial institutions and payment channels to optimize fund flow efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Partner Expansion & Maintenance:
- Expand and maintain partnerships for payment, OTC, and VCC businesses, including third-party/four-party payment institutions and financial institutions.
- Build and deepen relationships with industry clients (e.g., gaming, internet finance, forex) to drive business growth.
- Daily Operations Support & Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Coordinate with technical, product, and risk management teams to drive the implementation and optimization of payment-related projects.
- Develop and implement payment business operations strategies to ensure timely project delivery and achieve expected goals.
- Innovation & Compliance:
- Explore innovative payment models such as cryptocurrency payments and cross-border payments to enhance business competitiveness.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, develop and improve risk control measures.
Qualifications:
- Education & Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in payments, finance, or cryptocurrency sectors, familiar with OTC/acceptance business and international payment processes (third-party/four-party), and knowledgeable about VCC.
- Professional Skills:
- Familiar with payment settlement processes, fund reconciliation, and financial accounting; experience in payment system setup or optimization is a plus.
- Understanding of cryptocurrency payments, blockchain technology, and its applications in finance.
- Language & Communication Skills:
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams and partners.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of driving cross-department collaboration and project implementation.
- Additional Requirements:
- Strong data analysis skills, proficient in Excel and other relevant tools.
- Deep understanding of the payment industry, with innovative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in cross-border payments, cryptocurrency exchanges, or fintech companies is a plus.
- Familiarity with international payment rules and regulatory requirements.
- Rich partner resources, particularly in payments, OTC, and VCC fields.
- Experience working with clients in gaming, internet finance, or forex industries.
