Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire development process of game projects, ensuring standardized and controlled execution.
- Continuously monitor project scope, progress, costs, quality, and risks, identifying potential issues early and implementing solutions.
- Organize and coordinate the work of cross-functional teams (product, design, development, testing) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Facilitate project execution by identifying dependencies among teams, optimizing workflows, and improving efficiency.
- Document and analyze project challenges, experiences, and lessons learned to enhance future project management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 5+ years of experience in game project management, and a deep understanding of game development team structures and workflows.
- Positive and proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and team leadership ability to foster a productive work environment.
- Strong risk awareness, capable of identifying and mitigating development risks, ensuring high-quality iteration cycles.
- Excellent execution and responsibility, driving the team toward goals and continuously improving efficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage complex tasks, and promptly resolve live operational issues.
- Must have experience managing at least one complete game development project from start to launch.
