Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to maintain and enhance our internal network and computer systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, and assisting employees with technical support needs.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain internal computer hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues including network connectivity problems, equipment malfunctions, and system crashes.
- Monitor and manage network security to ensure the safety of company data.
- Provide technical support and training to help employees with everyday technical challenges.
- Assist in formulating and implementing IT-related policies and procedures to ensure efficient system operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience with a basic understanding of network and computer maintenance.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac OS, etc.) and office software.
- Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve network issues effectively.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Certifications: IT certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA A+) are preferred.
