Job Description:
As an Online Interviewer, you will be responsible for conducting on-camera interviews with prospective employees. You will ensure that all candidates meet the job requirements while also supporting the company’s market promotion efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-camera interviews with all grassroots employees, strictly following the company’s interview process.
- Evaluate and select outstanding candidates who align with job requirements.
- Assist in market promotion activities on social media platforms.
- Participate in marketing plan discussions and draft engaging promotional content.
- Communicate with team members, partners, and customers to ensure smooth execution of promotional campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Gender & Appearance: Females preferred; candidates should have a professional appearance.
- Nationality Requirement: Foreigners who can enter Albania visa-free or Chinese nationals holding passports from other countries.
- Language Ability: Foreigners currently studying in China must be fluent in Chinese and capable of conducting smooth interview conversations.
